9 Eggs, separated (at room temperature)
1 1/2 Cups Coconut sugar
3/4 Cup Full fat coconut milk
1 1/2 Cups VERY ripe avocado, mashed (360g)

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line 3 9-inch cake pans with parchment paper on the bottom, rubbing the sides generously with coconut oil.
